The "iDEA AI Consultant" and "Let AI organize my requirements" features send the text you enter to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response. Please do not enter sensitive information such as ID numbers, passwords or credit card numbers. Conversations are not stored together with your contact form data.
4. Retention and Security
We protect your data with appropriate technical and organizational measures and delete it within a reasonable period after its purpose has been fulfilled.

You may contact us at any time at service@uit.com.tw to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data.
